About the role

Are you a Software Development Manager, or Head of Software, looking to join a growing organisation offering innovative technology solutions? Do you have hands-on experience working with different tech stacks and feel confident that you could mentor software engineers from grad through to principal and get them performing to a high standard and writing great code? We are looking for a driven leader who can come in and lead a growing Software Development team. A proven motivator who can use their technical and man management skills to support the large team reporting to them, you will stay at the forefront of technology advancements, allowing the company to work at their most innovative and efficient level from the get-go.

You may have previously worked in any of the following positions: Software Development Manager, Head of Development, Software Engineering Manager, Head of Software Engineering, Lead Developer, Software Development Director, Development Manager etc.

What will you bring to the role?

• Experience in a similar leadership role with a software development background
• A background in managing multiple development teams across multiple projects
• Experience leading development teams that use modern software development tools
