Senior Document Controller/Information Manager Role – Aconex Location: Farringdon Full Time, Fully site/office based Permanent basis Aconex experience essential I am currently working with a medium-sized contractor in recruiting a Senior Document Controller/Information Manager to oversee various London-based projects for our client. The DC is responsible for managing all correspondence and documentation for a project. The system they use is Aconex, and you must have experience using this and be comfortable teaching it to more junior DCs. You will report directly to the Technical Director and will be responsible for: Acting as the lead interface for the internal and (if relevant) clients\’ external document control system. Ensuring all project documentation is stored and up to date on the internal document control system (Enterprise). Ensuring all relevant documentation is uploaded to the client\’s document control system, maintaining up-to-date, organized, and tidy folders, and superseding old documents with new revisions. Creating and maintaining a document tracker for all documents submitted to the Client/Principal Contractor. Filing drawings and all other relevant Temporary Works documents.
