A small, yet successful Construction Consultancy based in Westminster is looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join their experienced Project Management team. The Project Manager will play a vital role in the delivery of High End Residential, Healthcare and Public sector projects.

The Project Manager will be joining a small Construction Consultancy with a strong pipeline, consisting of a close-knit team that ensures high-class Projects are delivered on time and within budget for their clients. As a well-regarded Consultancy within the industry, the Project Manager will drive forward the delivery of various Projects from Inception to Completion in sectors such as High-End Residential, Healthcare and Public sector. The type of Projects will vary from the delivery of new buildings to refurbishment projects with Contract values ranging up to £30M.

The Project Manager will need to join the Consultancy and hit the ground running to ensure that current Projects are delivered successfully to clients. They should ideally be a client-facing individual who can support clients throughout Projects and maintain long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Project Managing Projects from Design to Completion phase.
  • Conducting site surveys, risk assessments and reporting findings.
  • Offering support towards challenges faced during the Project process.
  • Stakeholder management and reporting.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them.
  • Identifying issues within a Project and forming resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the Construction Consultancy industry.
  • Experience within High End Residential, Hotel or Public sectors preferred.
  • MAPM/MRICS or actively working towards this qualification.
  • Strong understanding of managing a Project from Inception to Completion.
  • Determined individual eager to win Projects.
