Location: Northamptonshire

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:30pm

Salary: Circa £40,000 including bonus

The Role

As part of a dynamic and experienced internal sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — building strong relationships, processing daily orders, managing quotes, and contributing to key project requests. You’ll also work closely with management and the external sales team, supporting the growth of key accounts and helping deliver top-tier service that sets the business apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win and process sales orders efficiently
  • Build and manage relationships with allocated customers
  • Submit accurate quotations and handle ad-hoc project requests
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Electrical Wholesaler
  • Ideally, at least 2 years in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive, proactive, and professional mindset
  • Comfortable using IT systems, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
  • A team player with strong initiative and dedication to excellent service
