Digital Innovation and Automation COE lead

At Whitehall we are currently looking for Digital Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead to join a client of ours in a long term project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the Digital CoE framework, governance, and standard procedures.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to deploy digital programs and operating models.
• Act as a digital advisory expert, coaching partners and leading digital governance initiatives.
• Ensure consistent deployment and knowledge transfer of digital tools across business units.
• Oversee digital operations, incident management, and monthly operations reviews.
• Accountable for controls, audits, and change governance including financial oversight.

Accountabilities & Deliverables:

• Advise on standards and best practices across tools, performance, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional support and ensure alignment with AEI architecture.
• Participate in project cost estimation and risk mitigation.
• Support application and operations teams with issue resolution and remediation.

Technical Skills Required:

• Automation CoE: 5-10 years
• Integration Architecture: 8+ years
• Hands-on Experience: UI Path, Power Platform, GenAI (5+ years)
• ERP Systems: SAP, CRM (5+ years)

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor\’s/Master\’s in business or technology.
• 5-10 years in Intelligent Automation/CoE + 5 years in managerial roles.
• Deep knowledge of digital tools (RPA, AI, Power Platform).
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in diverse, multicultural, and off-shore team environments.
• Fluent in English.
