Lettings Negotiator – Woking/West Byfleet
Salary: £30,000–£38,000

We’re seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our busy and successful Woking/West Byfleet team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least a year of experience who’s ready to work in a thriving and supportive environment.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of 1 year in lettings or sales negotiation
• Great people skills and a proven track record of success
• Excellent organisational abilities
• A full UK driving licence

Your role will include:

• Managing property viewings and client follow-ups
• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Communicating with landlords and tenants
• Supporting offers, negotiations, and tenancy progression
