Property Lister – Woking Lettings
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum

We’re offering a standout opportunity to join our Woking lettings office in a key coordination role. This position is ideal for a senior negotiator or property professional looking to step into a higher-responsibility role.

As an Instruction Taker, you’ll be the go-to person for managing property instructions, ensuring all tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.

What we’re looking for:

• A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Experience in property or related industries
• Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property software

You’ll be involved in:

• Taking detailed instructions from landlords, tenants, and agents
• Coordinating between teams to ensure tasks are completed
• Maintaining accurate records and updating stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
