Job Title: Field Service Technician – Level 1
Location: Bathgate
Salary: £27,718 per annum
Full-Time: Permanent

What You\’ll Do

• Deliver, install, and de-install rental equipment and accessories (hoses, cables, manifolds)
• Carry out mechanical repairs and regular maintenance
• Conduct inspections and assist with loading/unloading
• Be the on-site customer contact for smaller projects and support larger installations
• Uphold the highest safety standards and maintain accurate documentation

What We\’re Looking For

• Secondary vocational education or equivalent experience
• Mechanical/technical aptitude or prior experience in a similar role
• Valid UK driver’s license & forklift license
• Safety certification (e.g. VCA**, SCC) preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility and a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Willingness to travel and work occasional overnight shifts

• PPE provided and required at all times
