My client is a specialist mechanical contractor working within the construction industry who have been established since the early 2000s. They design, supply, install, service & maintain air conditioning, heating & ventilation systems to commercial buildings. Based in Hertfordshire, they currently employ 30 people across the business and are seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join the team.
THE JOB – HVAC PROJECT MANAGER
Monday – Friday / 9am – 5.30pm / 40 Hour Weeks
Project Values Range from £30k - £1.5m. Projects are Commercial Fit Outs based within the M25. Mix of AC, Ventilation and Wet Services (small plumbing ie Tea Points) Projects.
Duties in Role
- Delivery of AC, Ventilation and Mechanical installation projects, from pre-start meeting to handover.
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients at all times.
- Responding to client enquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining & adhering to any client procedures.
- Enforcing & adhering policies & procedures without exception.
- Enforcing & adhering to governing regulations without exception.
Required Knowledge & Experience (preferable)
- City & Guilds Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Current CSCS Skill Card, CITB SSSTS or SMSTS
- Minimum of 10 years experience working within HVAC industry
- Full Clean Driving License
SALARY & PACKAGE
£50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
