The Role:
As a Client Manager, you’ll play a key part in the firm’s continued success. You\’ll manage a portfolio of clients, lead on audits and accounting projects, and act as a bridge between the management team and the wider practice. Your focus will be both technical and strategic – contributing to service delivery, team development, and business growth.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a mixed portfolio of audit and accounting clients
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, offering sound technical and commercial advice
- Supporting the leadership team with planning and workflow management
- Coaching and developing junior staff across audit and accounts
- Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing constructive feedback
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations and internal standards
- Getting involved in business development and client relationship building
What We’re Looking For:
- ACA qualified (newly qualified to 2+ years PQE)
- Practice background with a mix of audit and accounts exposure
- A confident communicator with a passion for mentoring others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A full UK driving licence is required due to the need for client visits.
- Keen to step into a role with more responsibility and visibility
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
