Our client is a well-established Water Treatment company, with a strong presence in the South East of England and growing client portfolio. They are seeking a professional and adaptable Water Treatment Administrator who can confidently provide ongoing support to both clients and internal staff. Duties are varied and will include appointment management, client communications and project management. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits to the successful candidate.

Candidates will need to be local to the following locations: Slough, Bracknell, Camberley, Reading, Thatcham, Basingstoke, Wallingford, Didcot, Wantage, Farnham, Aldershot, Woking, Guildford, Hounslow, Southall, Kingston upon Thames, Epsom, Harrow, Wembley, Watford, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Crowthorne, Windsor.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Must have strong experience working as an Administrator within a Water Treatment / Hygiene / Legionella company
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Able to manage several projects at a time
  • It would be beneficial to hold experience supervising teams of office staff
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Proficient in the use of IT software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good experience of speaking directly with clients

The Role:

  • Overseeing the daily management of client projects and communications within a Water Treatment company
