Our client is a thriving organisation based on the outskirts of Ware and they are growing their already established team. This is a full-time role working full-time onsite in their offices based on the outskirts of Ware (8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday) and offers a generous salary of £28,000 - £30,000 basic depending on experience, plus a fantastic commission structure and other excellent benefits. Our client also offers a company yearly bonus scheme and other bonuses including loyalty and quarterly bonuses based on revenue.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing world class service in response times to quotes, queries and questions ensuring the customer has the best experience through a consistently high standard in both content and speed.
- Excellent time and task management in a fast pace reactive marketplace.
- Fast and accurate quoting.
- Processing of all “further-worked” orders through the system with clear instructions.
- Working with Operations to ensure seamless processing of orders.
- Supporting the KAM in handling all the daily administration tasks to ensure the KAM or ASM are not in any way held back from new business opportunities by existing business administrative or customer service distractions.
- Developing client relationships positively.
- Reactive telephone welfare/development contact with existing customers.
- Arrange and attend Zoom/Teams meetings with clients.
- Attend weekly E2E and monthly F2F Sales Meetings.
- Quote preparation and sending to customer.
- Support of existing accounts.
- Sales Pipeline – all quotes must be loaded onto CRM.
- Sales admin tasks to ensure customer records and pricing are accurate and up to date.
- Liaising with Customer Service and Operations to progress all order queries/complaints.
- Sourcing of one-off products for clients.
- Creating BOM’s and Special Prices.
- Arrange samples for ASM or customer.
- Review under 20% GP report and uplift GP – switch sell, upsell or price rise.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Sales Manager.
- Send reports to customers.
