Role: IT Support Analyst Location: Kent Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 Hours: 37.5 per week between Monday-Friday My client is a very well-respected independent school that are looking to add a IT Support Analyst to their IT Team. The IT Technician is a key technical resource within the IT team, responsible for providing second-line support across the schools IT systems. This role focuses on the hands-on resolution of technical issues, troubleshooting, and maintaining service performance and delivery, in addition to technical support. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting systems and services in a technical capacity, reporting to management and will have worked for a minimum of 3 years within similar roles. Key Responsibilities Assist with second-line support when required, ensuring that urgent issues are addressed quickly and effectively Provide on-site and remote support to users, helping them resolve both simple and advanced technical issues related to IT systems, devices, and applications Identify and resolve recurring IT issues by implementing long-term solutions and root fixes, reducing repeat incidents Escalate complex or unresolved challenges to senior members of the department or third-party vendors, following a…
