Production Operative

Production Operative Rate: £14.88 per hour Location: Wokingham Hours: 4pm – 10:30pm Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Type: 4 weeks (ongoing) Syntech are looking for multiple evening shift production operatives to work for our medical client based out of Wokingham. Working 4pm – 10:30pm Monday to Friday, you will be tasked with operating automated assembly machinery, completing manual sub-assemblies and ensuring all machines are running correctly.  Production Operative duties: Handling glass slides Loading/unloading them from a dispensing machine Performing a secondary manual task with tweezers Re-stacking the slides for storage  Following ISO standards at all times Follow health and safety standardsProduction Operative Profile Manual assembly / Production experience. Have experience working with delicate products or production lines, given the critical nature of the components Picking and packing experience Willing to be trained Reliable and efficient worker Open to working late shift Experience working in an ISO environment and able to follow processes and procedures.
