Our OEM Client based in Whitley, Coventry, is searching for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a 12-month contract position. Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour.
Duties:
- Join an experienced and professional team who support the business with employee relations issues and cases focused on discipline, grievance, absence and performance management.
- Responsible for managing a case load of various complex ER matters.
- Providing support for colleagues during difficult periods.
- Provide effective support for disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement and absence.
- Support Line Managers to chair absence reviews, disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings, up to and including dismissal and appeal.
- Use a coaching leadership style to build relationships and influence Managers.
- Make recommendations on appropriate case outcomes based on appropriate risk analysis.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Key Stakeholders.
- Undertake any other work as directed in connection with their role.
