Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Paralegal or Solicitor to join their specialist legal team, where you’ll support fee earners on a range of agricultural and commercial property transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting fee earners with agricultural and commercial property matters, including transactions and renewable energy schemes.
- Conducting legal research and drafting a variety of legal documents including contracts, transfers, and lease agreements.
- Preparing Land Registry applications and managing all post-completion formalities.
- Carrying out property searches, analysing results, and preparing reports to support fee earners and clients.
- Managing professional and timely client correspondence.
- Organising and maintaining accurate client files and records.

- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar property paralegal role is highly desirable.
