Software Implementation Analyst Junior to Mid-Level Liverpool – Hybrid working. My client is looking for a Software Implementation Analyst to work in a small IT Implementation team within a global organisation that can offer exceptional career development and training. You will deliver new software implementation, train new users and configure the software to meet specifications. This role is open to both recent IT Graduates and anyone with any previous software implementation experience. You must have strong customer service skills as you will often collaborate with customers to validate solutions and ensure user requirements are met. If you can speak Spanish, that would also be a huge bonus. As a Software Implementation Specialist, your role responsibilities will be to; Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and configure the software to meet their needs. Liaise with customers on user acceptance testing of configuration elements, validating the software build. Create training material and provide training to users. Identify and assist to resolve all technical issues efficiently, and perform tests on all hardware/software elements and peripherals. Prepare and provide demonstrations of software. Support the technical lead in providing implementation estimates and project plans. Monitor software vendor performance continuously, reporting on performance to the IT management team. Collate and maintain standard implementation packages, with adequate training materials and implementation guides, in collaboration with the product support team. Keep up to date with software changes, learning new features and system processes. Support with software deployment, executing upgrades where required. This role may involve travel to both UK and overseas sites to assist with system implementations and training. Comfortable demonstrating software processes to potentially large audiences and senior management. Accountable, taking ownership of the implementation of configuration specifications and technical issues. SQL skills, with the ability to write queries and execute simple update statements.
