Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and support staff.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse SEN needs (Autism, ADHD, SLD, PMLD).
- Provide personal care support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
- Actively participate in school meetings and professional development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Proven SEN teaching experience in UK schools (minimum 2 years)
- Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience working with a range of SEN needs (Autism, ADHD, SLD, PMLD) is highly desirable
