Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and support staff.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse SEN needs (Autism, ADHD, SLD, PMLD).
  • Provide personal care support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
  • Actively participate in school meetings and professional development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Proven SEN teaching experience in UK schools (minimum 2 years)
  • Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Experience working with a range of SEN needs (Autism, ADHD, SLD, PMLD) is highly desirable
