  • Support WIP tracking, kitting, and planning-based continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in planning roles within low-volume, complex manufacturing environments (engineered-to-order or made-to-order preferred).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CNC machining, mechanical assembly, testing, and repair operations.
  • ERP Proficiency: Experience with systems like SAP, Epicor, NetSuite, or similar.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient with Excel and comfortable handling data to drive planning decisions.

  • APICS CPIM or similar planning certification.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and document control processes.

Working Conditions

  • Regular interaction with departments across engineering, machining, quality, and dispatch.
  • Some flexibility required to support urgent or short-turnaround customer orders.
