We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Horticultural Sprayer to join our well established client based on the outskirts of Ashford, Kent. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for plant health and the outdoors, and a strong understanding of safe pesticide application.

Duties for this role include:

  • Carrying out targeted spraying of pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides in line with current legislation and safety protocols
  • Monitoring plant health and identifying pest or disease issues
  • Maintaining accurate application records
  • Safely operating and maintaining spraying equipment
  • Adhering to COSHH and environmental regulations
  • Working closely with horticultural and grounds teams

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

  • PA1 and PA6 certification (essential)
  • Prior experience in a similar horticultural or grounds maintenance role
  • Good knowledge of plant pests, diseases, and appropriate treatments
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to health & safety
  • PA2 qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Driving licence
  • Experience working in estates, parks, nurseries, or commercial horticulture settings (preferred but not essential)
