What you'll be doing as Category & Sourcing Specialist:
Their Sourcing and Category Management discipline strategically and proactively manages category spending and supply sourcing in alignment with value management strategies and demand profiles to optimise total cost of ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting on the delivery of strategies and developing and implementing sub-category strategies.
- Gathering and collating customer requirements, volume demands and specifications, feeding back to inform the development of strategy.
- Gathering data on spend, including commodity pricing and spend data, and performing initial analysis to share.
- Developing working relationships across the organisation that allow early involvement of procurement in any external third party spend required.

You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a hybrid approach to working between the Durrington office (minimum 2 days per week) and home.
