About the role:

  • Setting clear teaching objectives and measuring the best ways to deliver them to pupils.
  • Planning clear and well-structured lessons in support of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Offering students help and support along with the most effective teaching possible.
  • Monitoring progress and determining how it can be improved or sustained.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have recent experience in teaching primary schools
  • Degree and QTS (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
  • Be a committed team player
  • Be confident and adaptable to different environments
  • Have strong classroom management skills
  • Be able to deliver science in a fun and engaging way that students can relate to
