You will be responsible for managing and growing the Growth Broker relationships and will be working with some of the UK's largest and most exciting brokers.
The salary for this position is up to £32,000 per annum, there is also the opportunity to earn commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key broker accounts through meetings, events, and virtual channels

Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous insurance/professional services experience would be advantageous
- The ability to hit the ground running and be self-motivated is required
- The ability to establish and maintain successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is essential
- You should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and face-to-face
- Cert CII would be advantageous but not essential
