We are currently working with an independent FM & Asset Management Consultancy to recruit a M&E Project Manager, who will be responsible for a team of M&E Surveyors to work as part of the lifecycle and assurance team on a healthcare site in the Coventry area.
The primary role will be to oversee Surveyors/Engineers who are undertaking Asset Surveying and asset management technical work but may also include technical auditing of statutory and contract compliance for maintenance deliverables of client projects. This work may include activities for surveying set up and other technical work as well as overseeing quality and consistency of additional surveying teams.
We are looking for experienced M&E Engineers/Surveyors/Consultants who have previously worked in hospital/NHS environments.
The role is a permanent position to be based either remote or from site and will be 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
