About Our Client: Our Client are a rapidly growing M&E specialist contractor with a strong foothold in the commercial and data centre sectors. Having scaled their turnover from £30m to £40m in the past year, they are now on an ambitious trajectory toward a £60m turnover.
The Role: We are seeking a Project BIM Manager to lead the digital delivery of high-profile M&E projects. You will be responsible for managing BIM processes across the project lifecycle, ensuring coordination, compliance, and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM strategy and implementation across multiple M&E projects.
- Manage BIM execution plans (BEPs) and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Oversee model coordination, clash detection, and data validation.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless digital workflows.
- Mentor and support BIM Coordinators and junior staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a BIM Manager or similar role within M&E or construction.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Excellent understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
