We have an exclusive permanent days based position in Worcester for candidates with a background working in construction/recycling/quarrying or a yard, operating grabbing machinery (Terex) and 360 machinery. This family-owned company are going through a huge period of growth over the course of 2025 and 2026 and need skilled people to assist; this Site Operative role would encompass the following:
- General yard duties to include moving materials (outside)
- Operating either a 360 scrap handler (static) or a static waste grabbing machine to move materials
- Basic maintenance and upkeep of the machinery
- Helping with other members of staff in the yard
These Site Operative roles are permanent employment and working days paying 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and an immediate start offering the following:
- Permanent employment
- Rate circa Β£14 per hour
