A long-established law firm in St Helens is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a busy caseload in a dynamic environment while providing excellent service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, with a focus on new build transactions. Proactively manage files from instruction through to exchange and completion, ensuring deadlines are met and all legal requirements are satisfied. Deliver a high standard of client care, effectively handling queries, providing updates, and maintaining strong communication with clients and third parties. Collaborate with estate agent groups to ensure smooth processing of transactions and maintain strong professional relationships.
