A leading national plant hire provider is seeking a Key Accounts Hire Controller to join a high-performing team that supports key infrastructure clients. The Role:
- Managing incoming hire enquiries from key clients and large-scale infrastructure projects
- Offering expert advice on plant and equipment availability, suggesting alternatives where needed
- Preparing accurate quotations using the Syrinx hire system
- Resolving all customer queries promptly - within 24 hours
- Liaising closely with internal departments including logistics, recruitment, sales, and credit control
- Occasionally attending customer sites to understand projects and strengthen relationships

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
