This exciting position requires experience in effective labor planning, managing, and controlling mobile service vans, while supporting the administration functions of a busy depot team. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience. * Handle urgent assistance requests and provide updates on information. * Coordinate all installation, repair, service, and maintenance works on customer sites across the north * Manage and control mobile service vans, ensuring efficient labor planning. * Support the depot team with various administrative functions. * Coordinate mobile engineers for attendance at client sites Qualifications: * Proven experience in working to demanding deadlines. * A can-do attitude with a creative mind and high level of energy and enthusiasm. * Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with customers at all levels. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
