Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service, maintenance, and repairs for a range of instore potato grading and handling equipment.
  • Independently manage service tasks, ensuring each job is completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain detailed service records and keep accurate logs of work performed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.
  • Troubleshoot and fault-find electrical/electronic issues in machinery, ensuring quick and effective repairs.
  • Use your mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair mechanical issues as required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in electrical and electronic fault finding.
  • Mechanical knowledge and experience with agricultural machinery is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Experience in keeping accurate service records and liaising with customers for follow-up support.
  • Knowledge of potato grading and handling equipment is a plus, but not essential.
