About the role
Heart of Supply is working with schools across Lincoln to find 1:1 Teaching Assistants who can bring compassion, resilience, and consistency to pupils with EHCPs or additional needs. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you'll build a trusting relationship with the child you support and become an essential part of the wider school team. This role involves working closely with a pupil to help them access learning, develop confidence, and feel included in the classroom and school community. You'll need to be calm under pressure, adaptable in your approach and able to follow individual support plans with care and flexibility.
