Are you a 1 – 3-year PQE Crime Solicitor seeking a new challenge with a leading Private Practice Firm?
Our esteemed Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked client, is in search of a Crime Solicitor, able will showcase a strong grasp of criminal law procedures and regulations, coupled with proven experience in independently managing a caseload of criminal matters. Proficiency in working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines is essential, along with a dedicated commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

What will be expected from you?
Undertake research, analysing case laws, and preparing arguments to support clients cases
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
To provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients at every stage of the criminal justice process
Representing clients in Magistrates’ Court proceedings
Effectively prepare and present cases in court to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration by liaising with clients, barristers, and other professionals involved in cases.
Maintain accurate and updated case records and documentation
