This popular firm with a rapidly expanding commercial litigation department are looking for two lawyers to work for both public sector and private clients, across sectors including health, local government, emergency services, PFI/projects and social housing. This will encompass procurement, construction, IP, competition and operational disputes particularly in relation to payments, fire safety and termination disputes. You will take early responsibility for handling High Court litigation and all forms of ADR. Enjoy a varied and interesting caseload with a very flexible hybrid working pattern
