Global Renowned Museum Group is seeking an Interim Head of Finance.
Contract Duration: 18-24 Month FTC
Salary: £75,000
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working (2-3 days on site per week)
Location: London
This position reports into the Director of Corporate Services. The income of the organisation is approximately £30 Million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience of leading a Finance function, ideally in a charity, visitor attraction, or within the heritage sector.
- Experience of delivering a customer-focused, efficient, and responsive Finance Team.
- Demonstrable experience and skills in leading, engaging, and motivating Finance teams.
- Proven experience of strategic and financial planning.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent finance to stakeholders both within an organisation and externally, and to build productive and positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Experience of managing key relationships with internal and external audit, banks, and key funders.
