We have a new Team PA role for a leading Private Equity firm based in Mayfair! This is one of our favourite clients, with excellent feedback from past candidates we have placed there. So, we are now looking for a superstar to join the London team!
Experience working as an Assistant in a small to mid-sized Investment firm would be helpful.
We are ideally looking for candidates with language skills from Central Europe: Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Switzerland.
Supporting a team of 4 with all PA and Admin duties, the role will suit someone with a couple of years of PA experience.
We are looking for a remarkable assistant who has a passion for their work, is highly organised, able to manage a busy workload, is well prepared, has a positive attitude, has a flexible approach towards work, and is a fantastic team player! I.T Proficiency is a must – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams: Concur or a similar expenses package.
Duties include:
- Diary management, extensive booking of meetings – managing the logistics of moving agendas, arrangement of travel and accommodation, including international events, etc. Input and maintain expenses for the investment team.
- Arrange and prepare for meetings, including printing and binding presentations and IT setup for video conferencing, if required.
- Provide full administrative support to the investment team.
- Provide support to the administration team when required.
