About the Role:
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1–3 years' practical experience in air conditioning looking to transition into a more technical, office-based position. You'll be the first point of contact for field engineers and customers, offering expert advice, diagnostics, and technical guidance on our range of AC products.
What You'll Do:
- Provide telephone and email-based technical support to engineers and clients
- Assist with diagnosing faults and recommending solutions
- Support warranty and commissioning queries
- Help create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Liaise with manufacturers and internal departments to resolve complex issues
What We're Looking For:
- Practical experience with air conditioning systems (installation, servicing, or maintenance)
- Understanding of common fault codes, wiring diagrams, and system components
- Great communication skills – able to explain technical concepts clearly
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a new direction
- IT-literate and comfortable with technical documentation
Desirable (But Not Essential):
- F-Gas Certification (or former certification)
- Experience with split, multi-split, or VRF/VRV systems
