Hugely successful Online Travel Agency specialising in Cruise is expanding due to continued success and demand. If you have previous travel industry experience and prefer Aftersales and Customer Service, this is the perfect homebased opportunity for you! This is a varied role, incorporating cancellations, amendments, upselling and resolving any customer queries. If you are a Travel Consultant looking to move away from sales or already work with aftersales or customer service in travel, this could be your perfect role! Fully remote!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Taking calls and enquiries from customers who have booked holidays
- Offer excellent customer service and resolve queries
- Managing all cancellations, amendments and special requests post-booking
- Selling ancillary products and add-ons to bookings
- Supporting and working with the admin & sales department
- Ensuring quality and accuracy of ticketing and invoicing
- Deal effectively with complaints, resolving the customers query
- Opportunities to upsell and earn commission in the region of £300 per month
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a post-booking department of a travel company, or you will have previous experience in a Travel Agency, Tour Operator, or Cruise company and be keen to move away from sales and into service! Ideally you will have used Cruise/Travel systems like Isell and Polar.
THE PACKAGE:
You will be offered an excellent basic salary of up to £25,500 plus additional benefits, travel discounts and additional bonuses for upselling!
