This growing construction organisation is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join them on a permanent basis. Based out of their offices in Mid-Kent, this company delivers high-quality commercial, residential, and industrial projects across London and the South East.
THE JOB
This exciting Document Controller position needs someone with a strong working knowledge of Procore to manage project documentation, ensure version control, and support our site and project management teams with timely and accurate records. You will have the chance to become the Procore super user for the business.
- Set up, manage, and maintain project documentation in Procore.
- Ensure timely and accurate control of documents, including drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure all parties are working from the most current documentation.
- Maintain document logs and trackers to monitor the status and distribution of critical documents.
- Support project audits and ensure all documentation complies with internal and external quality standards.
- Assist in compiling handover documentation and archiving project records upon completion.

- Previous experience in a Document Controller role within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in using Procore is essential.
