We are recruiting for Class Two Day Drivers in central Bristol, BS2, for a leading fresh produce supplier, who operate out of the St Phillips fruit market and who are looking for a 3-day a week driver.
Working as part of their transport team, you will be responsible for the delivery of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as sacks of potatoes to various customers within a 50-mile radius of Bristol. Their customer base ranges from schools to restaurants to chip shops. Due to the nature of the work, heavy lifting is required as part of the role. Some routes you will be accompanied by a driver's mate.
This is temporary work. We are busy with work so we can be flexible, this means we can cater for drivers who are looking for ad-hoc or full-time hours each week, on a regular ongoing basis. Full induction and training is provided.
Due to insurance restrictions, you must have held your Class 2 for at least 12 months, with experience too.
Hours of work: Wednesday to Friday, 06:00am starts daily
Hourly Pay Rates: £16.00 per hour (PAYE)
