A new role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join a leading national team at this growing and successful firm with offices in Cardiff and throughout the UK.
The team deals with a range of disputes including:
- contract disputes
- director and shareholder disputes
- insolvency-related litigation
- professional negligence
In this role, you will be taking on a caseload of commercial litigation matters as well as managing a team and playing a key part in the continued growth of the department through marketing and business development.
You will be an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer who is confident with working autonomously, managing junior staff, and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients.
You may already be a Partner or a Legal Director looking to step up to the next level.
