Are you an electrically biased commercial catering engineer looking for a new role working locally in the Bristol area? This Facilities services company have recently secured a new contract covering commercial buildings, including schools, libraries, and offices across the Bristol area.

Due to this, they are recruiting an electrically biased engineer to cover planned and reactive service and maintenance to their sites. As well as commercial catering equipment, you will also be involved with some electrical PPMs such as emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and basic repairs such as LED/bulb and socket replacements.

Main duties:

  • Service, maintain, and repair of catering equipment such as cookers, hobs, ventilation, microwaves, and kettles.
  • Conduct routine inspection, preventative care, and troubleshooting of issues.
  • Providing technical support to customers.

The ideal Commercial Engineer will have previous experience with catering equipment/catering engineering, as well as a qualification in electrical. You will also hold a valid driving licence.

Requirements:

  • Previous catering equipment experience.
  • Electrical qualification such as City & Guilds level 2 or 3.
  • PAT certification is advantageous.
  • 18th edition.
  • Holds a valid driving license.
