Overview: Trainee Early Years Assessor

Salary and Expenses
- £27k - £33k annual salary (depending on experience and qualifications)
- The role is full-time, permanent
- Monday - Friday, no evenings or weekends
- Home based and flexible working - manage your own diary
- Full travel expenses
- 2 weeks paid leave at Christmas + 21 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

Purpose of the role:
You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills), both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visiting learners in their place of work. Providing mentorship and coaching to the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification.
Essentials
- At least 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager or higher in a Nursery setting
- UK driving license and use of own transport
- Home Based - covering Crawley and the surrounding area.
- A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work, in and around Crawley.
