We have an exclusive permanent days based position in Worcester for candidates with a background working in construction/recycling/quarrying or a yard, operating grabbing machinery (Terex) and 360 machinery.
This family-owned company are going through a huge period of growth over the course of 2025 and 2026 and need skilled people to assist; this Site Operative role would encompass the following:
- General yard duties to include moving materials (outside)
- Operating either a 360 scrap handler (static) or a static waste grabbing machine to move materials
- Basic maintenance and upkeep of the machinery
- Helping with other members of staff in the yard
This Site Operative role is permanent employment and working days paying 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday 0700-1700) and an immediate start offering the following:
- Permanent employment
- Rate circa Β£14 per hour
- Overtime
