FM Operations Director

Are you a Senior Facilities Management professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of prestigious commercial Trophy Buildings and their associated site-based teams, all housed on one fantastic estate in the London Bridge area? Do you have experience managing corporate clientele, Building Managers, and in-house staff, while delivering a 5* FM service provision across both hard and soft services on Trophy Buildings in London?

I am currently recruiting for an exciting new position for an FM Operations Director, where you will be responsible for the management of the site-based teams, ESG delivery, CSR, and client relationships across the portfolio, reporting directly to the site director.

Responsibilities:

  1. Management of a best-in-class FM service provision to multiple trophy sites through the management of site-based staff.
  2. Oversight of ESG initiatives across the portfolio.
  3. Daily tenant liaison, forming close working relationships with tenants and clients on site.
  4. Oversight of service charge budget preparation, management, and reconciliation across your team.
  5. CSR Management including enlivenment programmes for tenants.
  6. Health & Safety management.
  7. Hard and soft service partner management.
  8. Project management and refurbishment works.

Requirements:

  1. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a similar role with service charge budget experience and previous experience working on a Trophy Asset.
  2. MIWFM (Desirable but not essential).
  3. IOSH/Nebosh certificate.
