We are working in partnership with a reputable and fast-growing kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms company that is actively seeking an experienced and skilled Bathroom Installer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed tradesperson who takes pride in their work and is looking to join a supportive business with long-term opportunities.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering full end-to-end bathroom installations in residential properties, from initial removal through to final finishes. Projects vary from standard installations to high-specification, bespoke bathroom designs. You will work closely with the installation coordinator, project managers, and occasionally the customer, to ensure work is carried out to the highest possible standard, on time, and in line with company quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out the full installation of bathrooms including plumbing, tiling, basic carpentry, plastering, and finishing
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation instructions
  • Ensuring each project is completed to the required specifications and timescales
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Liaising with customers and site supervisors to ensure satisfaction throughout the project
  • Diagnosing and resolving any installation issues on-site effectively and professionally
  • Completing all relevant documentation and handovers upon project completion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bathroom installation or similar multi-trade role
  • Strong plumbing and tiling skills are essential
  • Ability to carry out basic carpentry and plastering works
  • Good understanding of technical drawings and site plans
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS card (advantageous but not essential)
