Your mission This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing Digital team, working as part of the Audience Development team to help grow HELLO!’s website audience and increase user engagement. As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will contribute to the ongoing success of HELLO!’s marketing campaigns by executing multi-channel marketing strategies and supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Executive in delivering impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Editorial team and Senior Digital Marketing Executive to bring campaigns to life, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination and meeting deadlines. Manage the marketing calendar and schedules for digital covers, content exclusives, newsletters and other web campaigns. Execute marketing campaigns and activities across multiple channels, including Apple News, Affiliate Marketing, Newsletters, WhatsApp, Website, and others. Assist with daily newsletter strategy and execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with broader marketing goals. Provide clear, basic reporting on channel or campaign performance, and track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaign effectiveness. Address customer contact queries and complaints professionally and promptly. Create various types of marketing copy and content using tools such as Photoshop and Canva. Your profile A passion for digital marketing and staying updated with the latest industry trends and developments. A genuine commitment to your own career development and growth. Experience Basic experience with project management and campaign management. A background in Marketing or Digital Marketing is preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Canva is required. Strong copywriting skills are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prepare and present reports in a clear and concise manner. Good analytical skills to interpret campaign and website performance data. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in relation to written copy, data management, and results analysis. Effective multitasker, able to prioritize conflicting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications A Marketing or Communications-related degree or equivalent would be an advantage.
