About the Role:

As Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring all aspects of management are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll be the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors – responsible for maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring properties are compliant, well-maintained, and occupied.

Property Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a residential/commercial property portfolio
  • Providing a single point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and health & safety standards
  • Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, rent collection, service charges and arrears management
  • Preparing tenancy paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
  • Undertaking mid-term inspections

The Successful Property Manager applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in block management, preparing budgets & end of year balancing charges/credits
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in property management software, experience with Re-Leased would be a distinct advantage.
  • A full UK driving licence.
