About the Role:
As Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring all aspects of management are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll be the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors β responsible for maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring properties are compliant, well-maintained, and occupied.
Property Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of a residential/commercial property portfolio
- Providing a single point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and health & safety standards
- Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, rent collection, service charges and arrears management
- Preparing tenancy paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
- Undertaking mid-term inspections
The Successful Property Manager applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in block management, preparing budgets & end of year balancing charges/credits
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in property management software, experience with Re-Leased would be a distinct advantage.
- A full UK driving licence.
