Job Description
- Manage and lead complex cross-border disputes and investigations.
- Provide legal advice to clients in accordance with the firm’s standards and practices.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic legal solutions.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s presence in the Cayman Islands.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, trends, and developments in the professional services industry.
- Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service and communication.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Litigation Associate should have:
- A legal degree from a recognised institution.
- Proven experience in handling complex cross-border disputes.
- UK qualified and/or qualified in the Cayman islands (would be a big bonus).
- 3-6 PQE
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
- A strong understanding of the professional services industry.
