Labourer Painter

• Preparation of substrates, including removing loose and flaking paint

• Apply coatings by brush, roller or spray applications

• Safe use and application of materials

• Applying mould wash to internal walls

• Completing documentation on job completion

• Driving Licence & Own Transport

• Previous experience in domestic properties

You will be working 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with some overtime available.

The hourly pay rate for this role is £15.11 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £12.88 Inclusive of holiday).

This is a full-time, ongoing contract role where you will be responsible for working on domestic properties.

You will be working in void and tenanted properties covering general painting works to kitchens and bathrooms.
