Job Description
Head of Governance
North London
Role:
- Act as Company Secretary for the organisation and the subsidiaries
- Manage Board and Committee meetings
- Ensure good governance is embedded across the organisation and adhered to
- Advise the Board and Senior Management Team around all governance matters
- Review the Terms of Reference annually
- Ensure statutory filings are completed in a timely manner
- Develop, implement and maintain the Governance policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
Essential:
- Excellent working background from within a senior governance role
- Outstanding knowledge of Charity Commission Guidance, UK Corporate Governance Code and Companies Act 2006
- Demonstrable background of managing Board and Committee meetings
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- CGI Qualified (ideally)
